We are looking for a product manager to join the Textmagic product team and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing. This role requires strong ownership, clear thinking, and the ability to handle complex product logic.
You will work as a peer-level product manager, owning key areas of the product end-to-end. This includes defining problems, setting priorities, writing requirements, designing user flows, and supporting delivery through release and iteration.
The role is hands-on and operational. You will be expected to dive into product logic, customer experience, and edge cases, while keeping focus on business and user impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the product vision for specific focus areas, aligning them with business goals and user needs in the US, UK, and AU markets.
Lead the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring high-quality releases in our fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
Act as the central bridge between engineering, design, and marketing to align teams around clear product requirements and delivery milestones.
Translate complex product logic into intuitive user flows and customer journeys, maintaining a strong UX mindset across the multichannel workspace.
Analyze user behavior and platform performance to make informed decisions that improve product-market fit and scale our high-volume messaging infrastructure.
Job requirements
Experience: 4+ years as a B2B SaaS Product Manager, with a proven track record in the full product lifecycle and managing multiple parallel initiatives.
Product & UX Strategy: Strong ability to define focus areas, design user flows, and make data-driven decisions that balance user needs with business goals.
Execution & Delivery: Expert at breaking down complex logic into clear requirements, prioritizing tasks, and driving delivery using Jira/Atlassian tools.
Collaboration & Communication: Fluent in English and Russian; excellent at aligning cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) and engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mindset: High ownership and reliability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments; detail-oriented with a strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
Nice to have:
Prior work on communication platforms, messaging tools, or high-scale SaaS products.
Proven success in bringing new products or major features from concept to market.
Proficiency with Figma and a knack for product copywriting, including landing pages, onboarding, and lifecycle emails.
A technical foundation in SaaS development and fluency in Estonian.
