Textmagic is seeking an experienced and creative social media specialist with an audience-first mindset to join our team.
As our social media specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, online presence, and the number and quality of leads for our main products: Textmagic.
You will work closely with other marketing and product team members in this role.
Job requirements
Manage social media marketing campaigns and presence across a variety of social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.);
Help us create and boost memes and viral content;
Schedule engaging text, image, and video content weekly, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written);
Collaborate with the marketing collateral designer to create appropriate social media graphics;
Design, create, and manage paid promotions and social ad campaigns together with the PPC specialist; including A/B testing;
Monitor and promptly respond to mentions, DMs, reviews, and other relevant conversations.
Oversee all social media accounts' layout, descriptions, and overall profiles.
Develop and maintain an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and engagement metrics;
Measure and track metrics that matter (e.g., cost-per-share, impressions, leads, etc.) using proper attribution strategies;
Identify opportunities that will drive growth and engagement across channels and leverage the latest technology trends in social media.
Compile report for management showing results & ROI of social media campaigns;
Work with the content team to repurpose website content into social media posts.
3+ years of experience in online marketing, with proven success in building and running successful social media campaigns.
Proficient with social media scheduling and management tools.
Must display knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how each can be deployed in different scenarios.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Ability to be productive in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent social listening, communication, and writing skills.
General photo-editing skills in tools like Canva or Figma.
